Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened and unused items only.

Products must be sealed, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not accept returns on opened products for health and safety reasons.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kmialba@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.
